Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the �Policy�) governs your
use of the Application (�App�) facilitated by CommeHome
(�Us�, �We�, �Company�). By downloading, installing, and
using the App, the User (�You�, �Your�) agrees to adhere and
comply with the Policy outlined herein.
The
App is designed to facilitate reporting by victims of harassment, violence,
and/or abuse and relaying the information to the designated recipient
voluntarily and anonymously. Bystanders that have witnessed harassment,
violence, and/or abuse can also report if they choose to do so.�
This
policy outlines the principles governing the processing of personal data
provided by you during your use of the App.
PROCESSING AND STORING DATA: WHEN YOU CREATE AN
ACCOUNT
Our objective is to
minimize data storage and only retain personal data that is reasonable,
relevant, and limited to the extent that it is required for the purposes of
processing your information and managing User accounts. For instances where
users choose to report information anonymously, the user�s name, address,
phone, and email will not be collected to ensure anonymity.
CommeHome processes
information collected from the App, such as:

Your name

Your address
�
Your Employer�s Name and Address (if
applicable)
�
The individual designated to receive
information on behalf of your employer (where applicable)
�
Response to your questions and concerns
�
Communications for any other purpose for
which you have consented to

The time, type and description of the report
that you submit to CommeHome
PROCESSING AND STORING DATA: WHEN YOU SUBMIT A REPORT
In
accordance with the Terms of Use of the App, you must only provide personal
data that is necessary for the report. CommeHome encourages
you to exercise caution when transmitting sensitive information through the
App.
CommeHome may collect
personal data of both you and the person who is the subject of the report,
including details such as full name, incident date, workplace role, and other
collected personal data, including sensitive data.
The
User acknowledges and agrees that only voluntary reports can be submitted via
the App and that CommeHome reserves the right to
use and disclose information to the employer or person designated to receive
such reports without any obligation of confidentiality or anonymity to the
User. The User further acknowledges that copy of the report will be saved by
the App temporarily.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
CommeHome treats any
personal information it collects with confidentiality and utilizes it solely
for the purpose for which it was gathered.
By
using the App, your personal information will be available to third parties
such as:
i)
Your employer and/or individual
designated to receive reports and information on behalf of your employer (where
applicable)
ii)
Judicial actors, as required by the
law or a court
iii)
CommeHome's
contractual partners, including IT services, legal professionals, and others,
to the extent necessary for fulfilling contractual obligations or operating CommeHome's App
By accessing the App, you accept the
Privacy practices and other Terms under CommeHome�s
�Terms of Use� Agreement.
DATA PRIVACY
We have established procedures to prevent unauthorized
access and misuse of personal data. ComeHome is
committed to taking every possible measure to safeguard personally identifiable
information such as the User�s:
(1) first and last name,
(2) physical address,
(3) email address,
(4) telephone or fax number,
(5) employer's name,
(6) date of birth, or,
(7) geographic location,
(8) any information directly or indirectly
identifying, describing, or capable of linking to a User.
To
ensure the safeguarding and protection of the provided personal data, we
implement security protocols, along with technical and physical access
restrictions for personal data stored on our servers. Only authorized personnel
who are actively involved with the data are granted access to it. We make every
effort to maintain the security of your personal information. However, it's
important to note that no program can guarantee absolute security. We cannot
assure that our protective measures will prevent every unauthorized access
attempt, use, or personal data disclosure. In the event that you become aware

When managing your personal data for specific
purposes, we adhere to the principle of storage limitation. This means that we
retain your personal data until the deactivation of the app in April 2027.. CommeHome reserves the
right to retain data for an extended duration when there is a reasonable
requirement to do so, such as when required by law.
YOUR RIGHTS
As
the User, you have rights pertaining to the processing of your personal data.
These rights include:
(a)
Right to Correct Personal Data:
You must submit correct and truthful information and reports. However, if you
believe that CommeHome is processing inaccurate or
incomplete personal data concerning you, you have the right to request
correction or completion of the data.
(b)
Right to Access Personal Data:
You are entitled to receive information on whether we are processing or storing
your personal data, and you have the right to access that data.
(c)
Right to Erasure of Personal
Data (Right to Be Forgotten): Should you request the deletion of your personal
data, CommeHome will comply, if:
(i) Your personal data is no longer necessary for the
purposes for which it was originally collected.
(ii)
You withdraw your consent to the processing and retention of your personal
data, and CommeHome has no legal basis for doing so.
(iii)
Your personal data is processed illegally.
(iv)
You object to the processing and retention of your personal data, and there are
no prevailing or legitimate grounds for processing or storing your data.
(v)
There is no legal or statutory mandate to process or retain the data.
